Nkurenkuru hold NFA Coaching course

The Namibia Football Association (NFA) Introductory Coaching course was this week held at Nkurenkuru in the Kavango West with Brave Warriors assistant coach Ronnie Kanalelo and Baby Warriors coach Pauhl Malembu the instructors.

The course introduced the prospective coaches in the region to various issues of coaching development such as the NFA coaching system and coaching education and football philosophy as well as the importance of warm-up sessions and techniques and general coordination.

The instructors also shared with the participants dribbling exercises, planning and arrangement of training sessions and passing basic exercises. Practical training tips, keeping possession, shooting exercise and youth training were also covered during the coaching course.

The course ran from Monday, 25 September to Friday, 29 September 2017 and was attended by among others: Isa Saidi, Lydia Matyayi, Thekla Sirunga, Paulus Muyatu, BM Mukoya, Peter Swangu, Peter Ndara, John Siyaka, Daniel Hausiku, Mality Paulus, Jason Ashimbangu, Herbert Shiyaye, Oswald Sihova, Mathias Sirumbu, Vilho Simuteka, Matheus Kandjimi, Kangumbe Paulus.
