Oshakati Admin Course postponed
The Namibia Football Association (NFA) Intermediate Administration and Management course that was scheduled for 18-20 July at Oshakati has been postponed.
According to the NFA Education department, the course is postponed to the 29th and 31st August 2012 due to the “busy international schedule” of the course instructors Roger Kambatuku and Barry Rukoro.
The course introduces participants to the NFA and its development programmes, the importance of regional associations as the well as the NFA statutes. Aspects of the dynamics of competitions organization as well as the marketing are also covered in this course.
Prospective administrators qualify for the course after meeting these requirements: A handwritten CV (football administration related); 23 years and not older than 60 years; Participants must be able to write and read in English; participants must be a member of a Namibia premier league, the nationwide first division, regional football leagues, a youth team or school registered and acknowledged by the NFA/Namibia Schools Sports Union (NSSU) and must be must be actively involved in the administration of football.
After completion of the course, a holder of the NFA Intermediate Administration and Management course will be allowed to apply for the next level NFA course.
