BYE-LAWS: NO.1 OF 2007

The Executive Committee of the Namibia Football Association has under the statutes of the NFA made a Bye Law prescribing the terms in which the loan of players under Rule 6 and Rule 7 of the NFA Rules and regulations will be done.

 
SCHEDULE

RULE 1

1.1 Subject to Rule 6 of the NFA Rules and regulations, any club that wishes to register a player which is on loan from his previous club must only register such player during the registration period as determined by the NFA Executive Committee.

1.2.1 Subject to Rule 6 of the NFA Rules and regulations, any club that wishes    to     register a player which was not previously registered by any club must only register such player during the registration period as determined by the NFA Executive Committee.


INTERPRETATION

A meaning assigned to a word in the Constitution of the Namibia Football Association or The Rules and regulations of the Association shall bear the meaning in the Bye-Laws.  Where a dispute as to a meaning of a word or term used in this Bye- Law, the Executive Committee on the recommendation of the Legal Affairs Committee shall rule on such interpretation and its interpretation shall be final and binding.

CITATION

The Bye-Law shall be cited as the registration on loan players and previously unregistered players By Law No. 1 of 2007.
